Project Overview

Palmyra West is a limited collection of 130 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a rare pocket of leafy tranquillity in Palmyra, Perth. The developer, Finbar, needed a brand that could sell an unbuilt product to a discerning buyer. That is one of the hardest asks in property marketing.

When nothing physical exists yet, the brand has to do all the work. Buyers need to feel the quality of a finish they cannot touch, imagine living in a space they cannot walk through, and trust enough to commit. The brand had to communicate prestige from day one.

We built it from scratch.

The Challenge

Off-the-plan property is a trust exercise. The finishes, the scale, the feeling of the place - none of it exists yet at the point of sale. Generic renders and standard real estate layouts would not cut it for a development positioned at the premium end of the market. The brand needed to feel as elevated as the product it represented, and the visual assets needed to bridge the gap between imagination and conviction.

Objectives
  • Create a brand identity that positioned Palmyra West firmly in the prestige tier
  • Develop photo-real renders that communicated the quality of the finishes and lifestyle in full detail
  • Roll out a complete marketing suite ready for launch and sustained campaign activity
  • Build enough brand credibility to sell off the plan, before construction began
Scope of Work
  1. Brand Identity - Created the Palmyra West brand and the Platinum Collection sub-brand from the ground up. Deep navy, refined typography, and a mark that communicated elevation without excess.
  2. Photo-Real Renders - In partnership with Pixel Focus, produced photorealistic CGI renders of exteriors, interiors, and amenities. From open-plan living areas extending to spacious balconies to the European-style appliances and stone benchtops Palmyra Apartments, every detail of the finish was rendered to give buyers total visual confidence before a single wall was built.
  3. The Platinum Collection Brochure - Designed the prestige print collateral used in the sales office and by agents. A physical piece that matched the tone of the product.
  4. Sales Office Branding - Branded the sales environment at 47 McGregor Road, Palmyra, ensuring the in-person experience matched the elevated promise of the brand.
  5. Signage and Hoarding - Designed site hoarding, pull-up banners, and street-level signage that commanded attention and communicated the Launching Soon and Now Selling phases of the campaign.
  6. Press Advertising - Created press ads positioned for a buyer audience expecting quality at every touchpoint.
  7. Digital Advertising - Developed and ran digital campaigns across social and display channels to drive enquiries and sustain momentum through the sales campaign.
The Outcome

First release sold out.  Construction is due to commence end of March 2026, with completion due mid-2027.  Enquiries continue and a wait list is now active for the next release.

A brand built entirely on expectation delivered exactly what it promised.
